This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Perform developmental evaluations.

• Deliver child development services using the Parent Coaching Model (Rush & Sheldon).

• Adhere to each child’s Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP).

• Collaborate with families to create strategies that help children achieve specific developmental objectives.

• Utilize a family-centered parent coaching approach to enhance caregivers’ confidence and skills, ensuring that progress is applied in various settings.

• Provide services within children’s natural environments, such as families’ homes, daycare centers, and other community locations.

• Offer virtual services.

• Conduct re-evaluations and prepare progress reports, typically on a bi-annual basis.

• Ensure the confidentiality of all information related to children and families in compliance with HIPAA and/or State/Federal regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree preferred/ required (for Orange County only) in child development, early childhood education, teaching, or a related field OR a special education teaching credential.

• Experience in Early Intervention is preferred.

• Experience in Home-Based Service Delivery is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal skills are essential.

• Must deliver services in children’s natural environments, including families’ homes, daycare centers, and other community settings.

• Must uphold confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and/or State/Federal regulations.
