Child and Adolescent Therapist – LCSW-C, LCPC, LCMFT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional virtual and in-person therapy services to children, adolescents, and young adults aged 2–26, along with their caregivers.

• Establish meaningful connections with patients and their families.

• Assess the needs of patients and families to enhance their involvement in treatment.

• Inform patients and caregivers about therapeutic methods that promote sustainable progress.

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-driven care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

• Concentrate on patient care while Blackbird manages credentialing, billing, insurance, and EMR.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current Maryland licensure: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

• At least 1 year of experience working with child and adolescent clients.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a telehealth or virtual environment.

• Availability after 3:00 PM ET on weekdays and/or on weekends.

• Strong passion for providing family-centered, high-touch care.
