Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist, Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct psychiatric assessments, develop medication treatment strategies, and provide ongoing medication management services for children and adolescents.

• Work collaboratively with the InStride care team as well as outpatient pediatricians and psychiatrists.

• Engage in clinical team meetings that concentrate on patient care, collaboration, and education.

• Schedule patient appointments as necessary.

• Ensure timely and comprehensive documentation is completed.

• Provide insights on workflow enhancements.

• Suggest initiatives for program development and innovation.

• Collaborate with families, primary care doctors, and outpatient prescribers.

⛳️ Requirements

• MD licensure relevant to the clinical specialty.

• Willingness to obtain medical licenses as services expand to other states.

• Proficiency in managing medications for children and teens facing anxiety, OCD, depression, and ADHD.

• Dedication to providing compassionate and thoughtful care.

• Ability to complete documentation accurately and promptly.

• Comfort in collaborating within a care team setting.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to work independently and professionally in a dynamic environment.
