This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
β’ Conduct psychiatric evaluations, develop medication treatment plans, and provide ongoing medication management services for children and adolescents.
β’ Collaborate with the InStride care team as well as outpatient pediatricians and psychiatrists.
β’ Engage in clinical team meetings centered on patient care, collaboration, and education.
β’ Schedule patient appointments as necessary and ensure documentation is completed in a timely and comprehensive manner.
β’ Offer insights on workflow enhancements and suggestions for program expansion and innovation.
β’ Foster and maintain a professional, welcoming environment for patients, families, staff, and referring physicians.
β’ Work closely with families, primary care physicians, and outpatient prescribers to address patient needs.
β’ Valid MD license in New York relevant to the clinical specialty.
β’ Willingness to obtain medical licenses in additional states as care extends to new regions.
β’ Dedication to delivering compassionate and thoughtful treatment.
β’ Proficiency in medication management for children and teenagers dealing with anxiety, OCD, depression, and ADHD.
β’ Capability to complete documentation efficiently and thoroughly.
β’ Comfort in collaborating within a care team and both seeking and providing support.
β’ Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
β’ Ability to work independently and professionally in a dynamic environment.
β’ Flexibility.
