This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +2 more states.
• Formulate and implement the company’s overarching commercial and revenue growth strategy across both the United States and international markets.
• Oversee enterprise marketing, sales, strategic account management, business development, partnership initiatives, and customer growth efforts.
• Broaden the company’s presence within life sciences organizations, targeting areas such as Commercial, Medical Affairs, Patient Services, and Clinical Development functions.
• Create and lead a high-performing commercial organization dedicated to acquiring enterprise customers, ensuring retention, and fostering long-term strategic growth.
• Develop scalable go-to-market strategies, sales methodologies, forecasting practices, and operational performance metrics.
• Cultivate strategic relationships and partnerships with pharmaceutical manufacturers, technology collaborators, consulting firms, and industry stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Delivery teams to ensure alignment between market needs, product strategies, customer outcomes, and commercial execution.
• Guide complex enterprise sales cycles that involve executive, business, compliance, legal, regulatory, medical, and IT stakeholders.
• Recruit, mentor, and nurture talent in commercial leadership and sales roles.
• Over 10 years of progressive commercial leadership experience in the life sciences, pharmaceutical technology, healthcare technology, or SaaS industries.
• Proven track record of leading enterprise B2B sales organizations with intricate and consultative sales cycles involving pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients.
• Comprehensive understanding of life sciences commercial operations, medical affairs engagement strategies, patient engagement, clinical trial operations, data platforms, CRM systems, digital engagement, and regulated communications environments.
• Demonstrated experience in building and scaling commercial infrastructure, forming strategic partnerships, and establishing global go-to-market organizations.
• Strong executive presence with the capability to engage credibly with C-level stakeholders across business, medical, compliance, legal, and technology domains.
• Experience working in highly regulated and compliance-focused environments is preferred.
• Skilled in utilizing AI tools to optimize routine business tasks and daily workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field is mandatory.
• An MBA or another advanced business degree is highly desirable.
• Relevant industry certifications or healthcare technology experience will be considered advantageous.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% is required.
• Target Annual Bonus: 45% of base salary based on both company and individual performance.
