This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Take charge of new-business revenue across all Newxel markets while ensuring its sustainability.
• Manage the entire commercial process, encompassing sales stages, qualification criteria, roles, timelines, quotations, market rates, price corridors, and market research.
• Maintain consistent sales positioning and relay market feedback to the marketing team.
• Determine participation in regional exhibitions, conferences, and partner events; oversee the budget and pipeline outcomes.
• Lead regional sales initiatives, establish plans, conduct pipeline reviews, recruit, and nurture team members.
• Oversee and administer the sales compensation scheme based on generated revenue.
• Implement and modify market-entry programs based on analytical data.
• Define the sales workflow within Newxel’s platform, from initial request through contract finalization and scaling.
• Direct Revenue Operations and establish research/outreach requirements using measured results.
• Manage the rate card and price corridors within limits established with the CEO.
• Define client handover processes and expansion responsibilities in collaboration with Customer Success.
• Achieve first-90-day objectives, including documented sales processes and quoting, annual market sales strategies, CRM-calculated incentives, a regional presence plan, and a Customer Success handover protocol.
• Report to the CEO while leading regional sales initiatives and Revenue Operations.
• Minimum of 8 years in B2B sales within IT services or products.
• At least 3 years of experience in leading sales teams with accountability for team revenue.
• Proven experience in developing and managing sales compensation plans, commissions, and processes for resolving attribution disputes.
• Familiarity with sales processes and pricing systems, including well-documented stages and rules, repeatable proposals, and regional market rates.
• Experience in multi-market sales without being tied to a single region.
• Fluent in English, with negotiation-level proficiency.
• Experience in selling products or platforms, or transitioning a services business to a product-led sales model.
• Capability to implement existing strategies, assess outcomes, and suggest modifications with justification.
• Based in Europe.
• Experience in talent solutions, staffing, EOR, or dedicated teams is highly advantageous.
• Experience managing remote sales teams across various geographies is a strong advantage.
• Experience in developing a sales approach around an AI product is a plus.
• Proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian is a significant advantage.
