This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Play a pivotal role in shaping the commercial and operational strategy of the studio.

• Cultivate and enhance relationships with operators, aggregators, platforms, and strategic partners.

• Spearhead high-stakes commercial discussions and negotiations.

• Leverage industry connections to generate new opportunities and bolster the studio’s market presence.

• Collaborate with product, commercial, and leadership teams on launches, distribution, and growth initiatives.

• Streamline processes to enable the company to scale efficiently without unnecessary corporate layers.

• Proactively identify opportunities, challenges, and bottlenecks.

• Represent the company at industry events, partner meetings, and conferences.

• Travel frequently across Europe and internationally as needed.

• Provide ownership and execution support to the founders and the broader team.

• Influence the company’s growth, operations, and market positioning as part of the leadership team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in a real-money online slot/game studio.

• Deep understanding of slot games, studios, and the broader supplier ecosystem.

• Established connections within the iGaming industry.

• Strong commercial instincts paired with exceptional negotiation capabilities.

• Experience engaging directly with operators, aggregators, platforms, and/or other strategic partners.

• Proven track record of outstanding performance in a current or past role.

• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership without relying on a large corporate framework.

• Comfortable collaborating with senior executives, founders, and external partners.

• Willingness and ability to travel frequently.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Commercially astute, well-connected, credible, energetic, and commercially aware.

• Passion for the iGaming/slot industry and a natural ability to cultivate relationships.

• Openness to taking on broader responsibilities; previous COO experience is not mandatory.
