Chief of Staff, Strategic Health Partnerships

📋 Description

• Manage strategic customer relationships comprehensively across significant health and pharmaceutical accounts.

• Establish connections with senior stakeholders while ensuring priorities and workstreams remain on track.

• Convert customer objectives into actionable strategies, plans, and programs.

• Collaborate internally at Thrive to ensure efficient execution and provide a superior customer experience.

• Develop executive-level presentations, memos, proposals, communication plans, activation timelines, and roadmaps.

• Oversee the planning, tracking, and documentation of essential workstreams.

• Facilitate follow-ups after customer and partner meetings.

• Work with executive leadership on strategic customer initiatives and communications directed at executives.

• Direct renewal and expansion strategies for high-value, complex accounts.

• Collaborate with Sales and Leadership to identify opportunities, showcase value, and deliver accurate forecasts.

• Lead executive-facing quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and discussions regarding long-term partnerships.

• Recognize customer needs, challenges, and risks, mobilizing internal partners as necessary.

• Adapt to changing priorities and respond to feedback with flexibility.


⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

• 4–7+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or technology, preferably in roles such as chief of staff, business operations, client delivery, or customer-facing positions.

• Comfortable engaging directly with customers.

• Proven experience working alongside C-suite executives and senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.

• Ability to create structured, executive-ready plans from ambiguous or evolving instructions.

• Exceptional skills in slide creation and presentation delivery.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficient analytical, problem-solving, and program management skills.

• Familiarity with communications/PR is advantageous, though not mandatory.

• Capability to work independently, prioritize effectively, anticipate needs, and establish structure amid uncertainty.

• Ability to comprehend complex business challenges and convert them into clear plans and impactful solutions.
