Chief of Staff, Healthcare Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +3 more locations.

📋 Description

• Financial stewardship: overseeing the budget and crafting financial narratives

• Operational rhythm: managing the recruitment pipeline and facilitating leadership workshops

• Executive communication: creating materials and communications suitable for executives

• Support for strategic planning and performance management

• Talent management processes: conducting talent reviews and evaluating engagement survey results

• Coordination across functions with fellow Chiefs of Staff

• Resolving issues related to obstacles that hinder initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of leadership experience in business, including a role as Chief of Staff

• More than 8 years of experience with Excel, analytics, and reporting

• At least 6 years in managing and optimizing structured business processes

• 6+ years of outstanding written communication skills

• 5+ years of thriving in dynamic, matrixed environments

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory

• An MBA or Master’s degree in a quantitative or business discipline is preferred
