📋 Description

• Create and implement a marketing strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives.

• Convert company strategy into annual and quarterly marketing action plans.

• Manage the marketing budget, resource distribution, and return on investment.

• Build, nurture, and lead a high-achieving marketing team.

• Set goals, key performance indicators, and accountability for the marketing department.

• Present marketing performance and strategic initiatives to the Senior Leadership Team and Board.

• Oversee marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline objectives.

• Develop scalable demand generation programs across digital, content, events, partnerships, and outbound channels.

• Enhance conversion rates throughout the customer journey.

• Improve lead quality and the conversion rate from leads to opportunities.

• Drive effective customer acquisition while adhering to customer acquisition cost targets.

• Collaborate with the Sales team on ideal customer profiles, messaging, campaigns, and revenue targets.

• Reinforce Built Intelligence's leadership position in the construction and infrastructure sectors.

• Craft value propositions for FastDraft, Academy, and ReachBack.

• Ensure consistent messaging across all customer interactions.

• Implement thought leadership strategies to enhance industry credibility.

• Work alongside Product leadership on feature launches and commercial releases.

• Translate product innovations into customer value and facilitate market adoption.

• Develop positioning, messaging, and materials for sales enablement.

• Establish feedback mechanisms between customers, sales, and product teams.

• Direct the content strategy, encompassing learning, industry insights, webinars, research, and customer success stories.

• Increase audience engagement across owned, earned, and partner channels.

• Foster growth in the partner, ambassador, and contributor ecosystem.

• Build strategic partnerships and co-marketing initiatives with industry collaborators.

• Enhance brand visibility through associations, events, and influencer networks.

• Support customer adoption, expansion, and advocacy initiatives.

• Enhance lifecycle engagement and drive referrals, upselling, and customer advocacy.

• Collaborate with Customer Success to maximize customer lifetime value.

• Manage the marketing technology stack and reporting framework.

• Ensure robust customer relationship management, attribution, and campaign tracking.

• Implement data-driven decision-making and optimize investment allocation.

• Create predictable pipeline reporting linked to commercial results.

• Serve as a strategic leader on the Senior Leadership Team.
