Chef Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Prepare, cook, and present food in accordance with Caterlink and client standards.

• Ensure compliance with statutory and company Health and Safety, Food Safety, and environmental regulations at the location.

• Elevate Caterlink's reputation for outstanding food and service while surpassing client and customer expectations.

• Oversee the daily operations of the location and supervise team members.

• Manage inventory levels, monitor budgets, and execute action plans effectively.

• Serve as the primary contact for the client at the school.

• Suggest and implement regular enhancements and improvements.

• Collaborate with the line manager to track KPIs and financial objectives.

• Provide support and training to teams, ensuring training is completed and performance is effectively managed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience cooking for up to 280 meals per day.

• An Enhanced DBS disclosure will be required for this position.

• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults.

• Capability to prepare, cook, and present food to Caterlink and client standards.

• Knowledge of and compliance with Health and Safety, Food Safety, and environmental legislation and procedures.

• Proficiency in managing inventory, monitoring budgets, and executing action plans.

• Ability to track KPIs and financial targets.

• Competence in supporting and training teams effectively.
