Chef Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Oversee kitchen teams at various locations, ensuring exceptional standards in food quality and hygiene.

• Facilitate seamless daily kitchen operations, stepping in when necessary during peak times or staff absences.

• Efficiently manage inventory, orders, and kitchen budgets.

• Train and mentor kitchen personnel to uphold consistency and excellence.

• Collaborate closely with front-of-house teams to provide outstanding customer service.

• Assist the Head Chef in enhancing the food offerings.

• Report directly to the General Manager.

• Review and confirm due diligence documentation.

• Promote quality controls in a fast-paced and expansive environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Head Chef, Kitchen Manager, or in a comparable leadership position.

• Willingness to travel and adapt to new kitchen settings.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and team management abilities.

• Current Food Hygiene and Health & Safety certifications.

• A valid UK driving licence and personal vehicle are required.

• Availability for evening and weekend shifts.

• Commitment to a 40-hour work week.

• Full-time availability is necessary.
