Chargeback Dispute Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Manage chargeback cases for both POS and eCommerce transactions.

• Oversee BLIK-related inquiries and case handling.

• Utilize and uphold knowledge of chargeback regulations for Visa and Mastercard payment schemes.

• Generate team statistics and reports as requested by the supervisor.

• Provide support and training to junior specialists in their daily tasks.

• Develop training materials and documentation.

• Engage in online training sessions organized by Payment Schemes.

• Track and verify updates in Payment Scheme regulations related to POS and eCommerce.

• Ensure effective implementation of regulatory updates in daily operations in collaboration with Card Scheme Compliance.

• Organize team activities in the absence of the supervisor.

• Assist the supervisor with ongoing operational responsibilities.

• Represent the team independently in internal and cross-functional meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in chargeback processes.

• Completed Visa/Mastercard training focused on chargebacks.

• Higher education, either a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

• Strong collaboration skills and a willingness to share knowledge.

• High attention to detail and a sense of responsibility.

• Capability to meet deadlines effectively.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Extensive knowledge of Payment Scheme regulations, particularly Visa and Mastercard.

• Proactive mindset and eagerness to enhance skills continuously.

• Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level.

• Fluent in Polish.

• Experience with eCommerce chargeback processing is an advantage.

• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
