Chapter Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to assigned collegiate chapters on successful chapter management.

• Assist with public relations, educational initiatives, administrative functions, and recruitment/retention efforts.

• Engage in full-time travel to deliver ongoing support in one or more locations.

• Accommodate a mix of travel and stationary support as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a member in good standing of Alpha Chi Omega with the Fraternity.

• Experience with Greek organizations or a comprehensive understanding of fraternities and sororities.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication, along with presentation skills.

• Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Proven organizational abilities, discipline, and strong attention to detail.

• Analytical thinking, sound judgment, and effective decision-making skills.

• Strong leadership capabilities with the proficiency to manage relationships, individuals, and situations effectively.

• Capacity to take instructions from staff members, including supervisors and other organizational leaders.

• Advanced computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and email systems.

• Technical aptitude to understand internal systems and required software.

• Proficient in Microsoft Teams and other video conferencing tools.

• Must be able to travel by air, car, and train.

• Must have access to a personal vehicle that is insured for work purposes.

• A valid driver's license is a requirement.

• Travel commitments may involve a schedule of up to 100% travel.

• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education is mandatory.
