Channel Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the main national technical leader for designated strategic reseller partners.

• Support the development and enhancement of partner security practices throughout sales, presales, delivery, and managed services.

• Establish trustworthy relationships with partner executive leadership, practice owners, and services executives.

• Shape technical strategy, investment priorities, and practice focus areas that align with Palo Alto Networks Platforms.

• Determine technical direction, coordinate resources, and facilitate partner enablement among technical sellers, architects, and services teams.

• Oversee the development of partner-led services, including assessment offerings, implementation frameworks, operational runbooks, and managed security services.

• Create and deliver advanced mentorship-style training for partner technical sellers and services teams.

• Collaborate with Channel Business Managers, sales leadership, and marketing to synchronize technical readiness with go-to-market strategies, pipeline growth, and services-led outcomes.

• Offer senior-level guidance for intricate technical challenges and best practices.

• Travel as necessary for partner-facing meetings, technical enablement sessions, and strategic events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in partner solution consulting, systems engineering, security architecture, or a similar technical role within enterprise technology or cybersecurity.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Relevant certifications are preferred, including Palo Alto Networks Professional-level certifications in Network Security, Security Operations, or Cloud Security; CISSP; and AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud certifications.

• Experience with top-tier national VARs or large systems integrators is advantageous.
