This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Act as the main technical authority for the channel partner, Accenture.
• Work together on detailed business plans that align with strategic goals.
• Offer technical pre-sales assistance, which includes product presentations, demonstrations, and designing solution architectures.
• Partner with sales colleagues to discover new partnership prospects and enhance existing collaborations.
• Organize and conduct technical training sessions for the partner.
• Address technical challenges during and post product implementation, coordinating with technical support teams.
• Create and deliver tailored solutions based on the requirements of partners and customers.
• Keep updated on product roadmaps, emerging technologies, and industry developments.
• Produce and distribute channel enablement resources, including technical guides, manuals, and webinars.
• Work with product management and development teams to offer feedback for product enhancements.
• Maintain documentation of partner interactions, sales pipelines, and technical support; report progress to management.
• Over 6 years of experience in Partner Solution Consulting, pre-sales engineering, or a comparable technical role in the technology sector.
• Proficient in at least one area: Networking, Network Security, Cybersecurity, Private/Public Cloud Security, SOC/Endpoint, or SASE.
• Previous experience working with channel partners is essential.
• Strong comprehension of channel sales models and experience collaborating with resellers, distributors, and other channel partners.
• Previous experience with selling, implementing, or managing SaaS offerings is highly preferred.
• Experience in complex sales with prolonged sales cycles, multiple buying centers, and multi-product solutions is preferred.
• Prior experience in designing cybersecurity solutions is preferred.
• Ability to influence and secure buy-in from key stakeholders.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Practical experience with product installations, configurations, and troubleshooting.
• Capability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team while juggling multiple projects.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
• Willingness to travel within the designated region and participate in events as necessary.
• Demonstrated success in influencing stakeholders and securing buy-in for technical solutions.
• Proficient in English.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent military experience is preferred.
