Channel Solution Architect, DACH

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design and architect security services in collaboration with partners utilizing CrowdStrike Falcon capabilities, with a focus on Cloud Security and intricate CI/CD pipelines.

• Lead the strategy for platform adoption and assist partners in developing robust security offerings.

• Provide support for technical go-to-market strategies and growth initiatives with designated focus partners.

• Create and implement long-term enablement strategies for go-to-market efforts.

• Establish and nurture relationships with partner technical and sales leadership across various domains including Endpoint, Cloud, Identity, AIDR, Data Protection, and NG-SIEM.

• Empower partners to integrate the Falcon Platform into managed services portfolios, including deployments for the EU Sovereign Cloud.

• Design technical integrations with partners’ existing security services and complex hyperscaler environments, including Kubernetes and CNAPP frameworks.

• Develop and deliver technical training programs focusing on Cloud Security, ASPM, CSPM, and Workload Protection.

• Guide partners towards achieving technical self-sufficiency in service delivery and platform implementation.

• Equip partners with best practices for POC/POV and offer guidance on competitive positioning.

• Engage in quarterly business reviews and technical planning sessions.

• Manage technical partner programs, including Falcon Champions.

• Facilitate communication between partners and CrowdStrike technical teams.

• Represent CrowdStrike as a technical expert at conferences and partner events.

• Travel up to 50% to connect with customers and internal teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience (10+ years) in Technical Consulting, Solution Architecture, and Technical Presales with top Cybersecurity vendors.

• Solid foundation in Cloud security and zero-trust architectures.

• Practical knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI.

• Familiarity with complex hyperscaler environments, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes deployments.

• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools and automated Cloud configuration tools like Terraform and Ansible.

• Understanding of sovereign Cloud Platform Providers and their technologies.

• Experience in designing and implementing security solutions at an enterprise level.

• Working knowledge of SIEM/XDR, data pipeline solutions, and SOC operations.

• Technical proficiency in endpoint protection, identity management, cloud workload security, and CNAPP solutions.

• Strong competitive intelligence and capability to position Falcon Cloud Security effectively.

• Experience with API integration and workflow automation.

• Knowledge of threat intelligence and incident response methodologies.

• GTM-focused, business-driven, and pipeline-oriented Solution Architect mindset with a train-the-trainer approach.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for both technical and business audiences.

• Ability to foster and maintain technical relationships at all levels.

• Self-motivated with outstanding organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to travel regularly to partner offices, corporate locations, and industry events across Europe and occasionally worldwide.

• Fluency in German and English is required; additional languages are a plus.

• A university degree (Diploma/Masters) in technology with a focus on IT/Cybersecurity.

• Proven experience in leveraging AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and achieve business outcomes.

• Industry certifications such as CISSP and SANS are preferred.
