This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Architect and design security services in collaboration with partners, utilizing the capabilities of CrowdStrike's Falcon platform, with a focus on Cloud Security and intricate CI/CD pipelines.
• Drive the strategy for platform adoption, assisting partners in developing comprehensive security offerings.
• Support the technical go-to-market strategy and growth with designated focus partners, engaging deeply with the technology integration ecosystem.
• Develop and implement long-term enablement plans that back go-to-market initiatives, adopting a train-the-trainer approach and a pipeline-driven business perspective.
• Build and nurture relationships with partner technical and sales leadership teams across areas such as Endpoint, Cloud, Identity, AIDR, Data Protection, and NG-SIEM.
• Empower partners to integrate the Falcon Platform into their managed services portfolio, including deployments on EU Sovereign Cloud infrastructure.
• Design technical solutions that integrate CrowdStrike into partners' existing security services and complex hyperscaler environments, including Kubernetes deployments and CNAPP frameworks.
• Create and deliver technical training programs that enable partners to demonstrate, deploy, and support CrowdStrike solutions focused on Cloud Security, ASPM, CSPM, and Workload protection.
• Guide partners toward achieving technical self-sufficiency in service delivery and platform implementation.
• Enable partners on best practices for POC/POV and provide competitive positioning insights against key vendors.
• Participate in quarterly business reviews and technical planning sessions.
• Lead technical partner programs, including Falcon Champions.
• Facilitate communication between partners and CrowdStrike technical teams.
• Present as a technical expert at CrowdStrike conferences and partner events.
• A proven background (10+ years) in Technical Consulting, Solution Architecture, and Technical Presales with prominent Cybersecurity vendors.
• Strong expertise in Cloud security and zero-trust architectures.
• Practical experience with leading cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI) and complex hyperscaler environments, including CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes deployments.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code engines and automated Cloud configuration tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
• Knowledge of sovereign Cloud Platform Providers and their respective technologies.
• Experience in designing and implementing security solutions at an enterprise scale.
• Working familiarity with SIEM/XDR & data pipeline solutions and SOC operations.
• Technical knowledge in endpoint protection, identity management, and cloud workload security, including CNAPP solutions.
• Strong competitive intelligence with the capability to position CrowdStrike's Falcon Cloud Security as the preferred solution.
• Experience with API integration and workflow automation capabilities.
• Understanding of threat intelligence and incident response methodologies.
• Solution Architect mindset — GTM-focused, business-oriented, and pipeline-driven, with a train-the-trainer approach to partner enablement.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging both technical and business audiences.
• Ability to cultivate and maintain technical relationships at all levels.
• Self-driven with outstanding organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel regularly to partner offices, corporate locations, and industry events within Europe and occasionally worldwide.
• Proficiency in German and English is mandatory; additional languages are advantageous.
• University degree (Diploma/Masters) in a technology field focused on IT/Cybersecurity.
• Proven experience in leveraging AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, and improve efficiency to drive business outcomes.
• Industry certifications (CISSP, SANS, etc.) are preferred.
