Channel Programs & Operations Manager II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance current partner programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and partner requirements.

• Spearhead new projects from concept through execution, promoting operational enhancements and process efficiencies.

• Work collaboratively with strategic partners to gather specifications, design processes, and implement scalable renewal and program initiatives.

• Develop partner enablement strategies, including training, resources, and tools for Distributors and Resellers.

• Partner with Partner Account Executives and leadership to ensure program strategy aligns with business priorities.

• Establish program scope, success metrics, and execution plans across different functions.

• Monitor and evaluate partner performance using key metrics and KPIs.

• Deliver data-driven insights and suggestions for ongoing improvement.

• Address and resolve issues, inquiries, and concerns from partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, channel operations, partner programs, or partner enablement, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity sector.

• Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma, or a comparable professional background.

• Experience in supporting partner models.

• Detail-oriented and analytical, capable of leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights to tackle complex business challenges.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions and achieve results in a matrixed environment.

• Capable of managing shifting priorities and adapting to evolving business needs and objectives.

• Comfortable working in an international setting with stakeholders across various regions and time zones.

• Proficient in Salesforce, Partner Portals, and Metrics/KPI dashboards.
