This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Identify the necessary partner types and collaborate with the leadership team to create the channel strategy.
β’ Take ownership of the partner revenue objectives and monitor pipeline health.
β’ Acquire new partners through both inbound and targeted outbound initiatives, which include trade shows, medical conferences, LinkedIn outreach, and customized sequences.
β’ Facilitate the onboarding and training of new partners regarding the product, pricing, sales processes, and mutual goals.
β’ Create materials, training programs, resources, and a dedicated partner portal.
β’ Continuously manage and motivate partners while providing co-marketing support and campaign components.
β’ Establish rules that govern direct and partner sales to mitigate channel conflicts.
β’ Ensure precise deal registration and maintain a clean CRM data foundation.
β’ Negotiate partnership frameworks, including white-label agreements, service level agreements (SLAs), and shared targets at the senior decision-maker and executive management levels.
β’ Oversee and report on all channel key performance indicators (KPIs), including partner pipeline and revenue generated by partners.
β’ Consistently communicate market and partner feedback to the Product and Marketing teams.
β’ A minimum of 2β3 years of experience in B2B (SaaS) sales, preferably with a background in partner/channel business.
β’ Experience in the healthcare or HealthTech sectors; familiarity with practice management software (PVS) and the medical practice ecosystem, including its decision-making frameworks.
β’ Proven track record in building and managing partnerships, encompassing partner recruitment, onboarding, and enablement.
β’ Knowledge of channel conflict management and engagement rules within hybrid (direct and indirect) sales models.
β’ Business-fluent German (C2) and a strong presence when interacting with partner executives.
β’ Proficient in CRM/PRM tools (such as Pipedrive, HubSpot, or similar), including deal registration and partner reporting capabilities.
β’ Experience in startup environments and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced setting.
β’ An existing network within the PVS, IT systems integration, or HealthTech partner ecosystem.
β’ Familiarity with white-label/OEM models.
β’ Understanding of practice management software (PVS) or digital medical practice processes.
