This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Drive strategic expansion and achieve sales goals across designated channel partners.
• Cultivate and strengthen customer relationships.
• Work collaboratively across departments to implement account strategies.
• Act as an advocate for both customers and the organization.
• Collaborate with Segment Managers and Key Account Managers to create and execute customer relationship plans.
• Oversee the implementation of customer-specific products, pricing, and branding strategies.
• Participate in line reviews and promotional planning efforts.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and training sessions with Channel Partners.
• Create and implement customer-specific strategies and presentations.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, strategy alignment, and execution.
• Maintain and update account plans using Salesforce.
• Execute growth strategies alongside Key Account Managers, Segment Managers, and Product Manager teams.
• Utilize the ITW 80/20 business model to enhance sales force efficiency and market share.
• Collect market intelligence and assess competitive products, pricing, and promotional efforts.
• Share internal insights to enhance market positioning.
• Establish go-to-market strategies and tactical plans for new product launches.
• Evaluate and reorganize distribution channels to maximize market penetration.
• Provide monthly reports for Channel Partners and periodic strategic updates.
• Promote and adhere to safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in sales and channel/distribution partner management.
• 5-10 years of experience in industrial (B2B) sales and channel management.
• Must be willing to travel 60%-70% of the time.
• Proven history of meeting organic growth targets with dedicated channel partners.
• Experience and capability to implement a nationwide Channel partner strategy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong listening and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to identify and gather data, draw sound conclusions, and make informed recommendations.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks concurrently and quickly understand complex situations.
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate business with Key Account Managers in specific regions.
