This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Drive strategic growth and achieve sales objectives across key channel partners.
• Establish and maintain robust partnerships with customers.
• Work collaboratively across departments to implement account strategies.
• Advocate for both customers and the organization.
• Collaborate with Segment Managers and Key Account Managers to create and execute customer relationship plans.
• Oversee the execution of customer-specific products, pricing, and brand strategies.
• Partner with Key Account Managers on line reviews and promotional strategies.
• Conduct regular engagement with channel partners, including Quarterly Business Reviews and training sessions.
• Develop and deliver customer-specific strategies and presentations.
• Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries, strategy alignment, and execution.
• Maintain and update account plans using Salesforce.
• Implement growth strategies in collaboration with Key Account Managers and Segment/Product Manager teams.
• Leverage the ITW 80/20 business model to enhance sales force effectiveness and capture market share.
• Collect market intelligence and assess competitive products, pricing, and promotional execution.
• Provide internal insights to enhance market positioning.
• Establish go-to-market strategies and tactical plans for launching new products.
• Evaluate and reorganize distribution channels to optimize market penetration and utilize the direct sales force.
• Generate monthly reports for channel partners and periodic strategic updates.
• Promote, support, and comply with safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in sales and management of channel/distribution partners.
• 5-10 years of experience in industrial (B2B) sales and channel management.
• Willingness to travel 60%-70% of the time.
• Proven success in achieving organic growth targets with committed channel partners.
• Experience in developing and executing a nationwide channel partner strategy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong listening and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to identify and gather data, draw valid conclusions, and provide recommendations.
• Proficient in managing multiple tasks simultaneously and quickly understanding complex situations.
• Strong organizational skills to engage with and coordinate business activities with Key Account Managers in specific regions.
