This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Sell through Ultrasound Channel Partners in Mexico, with direct responsibility for meeting Orders and Sales quotas in the channel.
• Provide commercial support to the channel and enhance the network's reach.
• Manage the daily operations of assigned Channel Partners.
• Follow up on opportunities, commitments, accounts, and resolve any blockages.
• Monitor each partner's performance against their targets and implement recovery plans.
• Conduct formal business reviews with each Channel Partner, documenting agreements and commitments.
• Govern the channel funnel in Salesforce and deliver reliable Orders forecasts on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Actively review and manage the channel backlog from order entry to invoicing and installation.
• Serve as an interface between Channel Partners and Product Management, Marketing, Finance, Credit, Operations, Supply Chain, Order Management, Service, and Applications.
• Analyze performance by partner, segment, and geography, identify opportunities and coverage gaps, and prepare recommendations for the business leader.
• Adhere to GE HealthCare's integrity, anti-corruption, and third-party due diligence policies.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or institution in Engineering, Administration, Business, Health-related fields, or equivalent training accompanied by relevant experience.
• Solid and proven experience in Sales and Channel Sales, managing distributors with direct responsibility for meeting commercial quotas.
• Experience in the medical device industry, capital medical equipment, or health sector technology.
• Demonstrable experience in funnel management and forecasting within a CRM, preferably Salesforce, with a track record of forecasting accuracy.
• Experience in backlog management and coordination with operations, supply chain, and finance departments.
• Strong analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in commercial data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of the Mexican hospital ecosystem, including both private sector and corporate hospitals.
• Business-level English proficiency, both oral and written, for interaction with regional and global leadership.
• Willingness to travel nationally.
