Channel Operations Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the brand's Amazon business.

• Drive additional revenue, expand customer acquisition, and optimize channel profitability.

• Manage daily operations within Amazon Seller Central, including FBA and Direct Fulfillment.

• Lead the setup of new SKUs, ASIN creation, UPC mapping, parent-child variations, and product launch processes.

• Monitor account health and address listing suppressions.

• Resolve discrepancies in UPC/title mapping and prepare appeals for platform flags or suspensions.

• Ensure compliance with Amazon's supplement regulations.

• Coordinate uploads of Certificates of Analysis, manage lab testing workflows, process third-party lab/TRF ID, and handle regulatory documentation.

• Support monthly sales forecasts and inventory replenishment models aimed at maintaining approximately 90 days of inventory on hand.

• Aid in analyzing margins and unit-level P&L, including COGS, 3PL fulfillment costs, Amazon referral fees, and advertising expenditures.

• Maintain reporting dashboards to monitor daily revenue velocity, unit sales, Buy Box share, and customer LTV metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of direct experience managing Amazon Seller Central (FBA/FBM) for direct-to-consumer or CPG brands.

• Background in dietary supplements, wellness, or food & beverage is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of Amazon Brand Registry.

• Experience with Seller Central support ticketing.

• Familiarity with lab compliance processes.

• Proficient in analytics and reporting platforms.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Comfortable working in the everyday operations of an expanding supplements business.

• Excellent proactive communication skills.

• Hands-on and execution-driven approach.
