This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Establish, nurture, and enhance strategic collaborations with VARs, System Integrators, and OEMs within the designated territory.

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of CTERA products and recognize their value for prospective customers.

• Foster robust consultative relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for partners in the assigned territory to ensure partner satisfaction.

• Consistently convey the CTERA value proposition to partners in the designated territory to sustain and expand CTERA’s market share within each partner’s business.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of the business operations of assigned partners, including their growth strategies, strategic priorities, investment areas, and profitability considerations.

• Clearly communicate the requirements, expectations, and advantages of the CTERA Partner Program to channel partners in the territory.

• Coordinate sales activities with partners and resellers to identify and secure new business opportunities.

• Collaborate with CTERA Account Executives in the territory to arrange meetings with target partners.

• Initiate contact via phone and email with potential prospects sourced from developed web and lead-generation lists.

• Follow up on leads provided by Marketing and the Inside Sales Team to schedule additional meetings for Account Executives.

• Facilitate the recruitment of new channel partners as needed according to the territory channel planning process.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing channel partners within a technological framework.

• Background in the technology storage sector and/or experience with global file systems.

• Experience in facilitating onboarding and enablement initiatives for channel partners.

• Knowledge of software channel ecosystems relevant to the territory.

• Familiarity with CRM and forecasting systems.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

• A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
