This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Oversee partnerships with national strategic entities to enhance revenue, market presence, and the depth of collaborations.
• Develop and implement both national and localized business strategies along with sales execution plans.
• Collaborate with Regional Channel Business Managers, Channel SEs, partner personnel, and stakeholders to foster growth in the Pellera and NWN–Palo Alto Networks alliances.
• Manage all facets of partner relationships to maximize growth potential.
• Ensure that partners are equipped to deliver successful customer implementations and provide sound recommendations.
• Cultivate executive relationships and trust with partner Alliances, Sales, and Technical teams.
• Streamline technical messaging to encourage platform adoption among shared customers.
• Develop partner service offerings and cultivate partnerships at portfolio companies.
• Propel metrics-driven performance and create services based on both emerging and established technologies.
• Maintain consistent communication across the region with dedicated partners.
• Facilitate regular business performance assessments and relationship evaluations with senior management and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; an MBA is preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in Business Management, Channel Management, or Business Development roles within the enterprise software ecosystem, network security sector, and/or Cloud industry.
• Strong instincts and capability to engage with individuals from senior leadership to individual contributor levels.
• Exceptional executive communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven success in surpassing performance objectives.
• Familiarity with channel operating models.
• Knowledge in sales, marketing, and solution development.
• Strong initiative and creative thinking skills.
• Outstanding presentation, written, and overall communication capabilities.
• History of managing complex sales scenarios through negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Ability to thrive in a virtual team environment.
• Proficient negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Reliable transportation for business meetings and events.
• Valid driver’s license if driving is required for company business.
