
Channel and Partnerships Executive – Integration Partners

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Identify, evaluate, and target technology platforms that exhibit significant integration and distribution potential.
• Facilitate technical and commercial alignment discussions with founders and leaders in product, technology, and business.
• Develop documentation and support materials to assist in partner integration, training, and engagement.
• Strategize and implement partner initiatives aimed at ensuring partnership success.
• Negotiate compensation structures (CAC + revenue share) and partnership agreements.
• Oversee integration projects in collaboration with the Asaas technical team, linking product, engineering, and partner stakeholders.
• Design onboarding and activation journeys for integration partners.
• Formulate go-to-market campaigns, co-marketing strategies, and activation plans.
• Work alongside Marketing, Sales, Product, Performance, Customer Success, and Customer Experience teams to guarantee coordinated delivery.
• Track performance results, derive insights, and suggest growth strategies with a focus on revenue and recurring revenue.
• Sustain ongoing relationships with active partners and address their technical or product-related requirements.
• Monitor benchmarks and trends in technology partnerships, embedded finance, fintech, and open finance.
• Construct business cases to prioritize key integrations, taking into account revenue, volume, and alignment with the Asaas portfolio.
• Enhance Asaas's visibility across SaaS platforms, ERPs, and e-commerce businesses, bolstering its Embedded Finance and Banking as a Service (BaaS) offerings.
• Proven experience in developing technology partnerships, B2B channels, or SaaS integrations.
• Familiarity with the digital financial products landscape, especially Embedded Finance or Banking as a Service (BaaS).
• Working knowledge of APIs (REST, Webhooks) to engage in technical dialogues with product and engineering teams.
• Strong expertise in negotiating partnership contracts, including commission structures, revenue sharing, CAC, and API monetization.
• Experience in managing CRM pipelines and digital B2B or B2B2C distribution strategies.
• Nice to have: background in payments or fintech enterprises.
• Nice to have: experience in e-commerce, ERP, or SaaS platforms.
• Nice to have: practical experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot and data visualization tools (BI).
