This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with resellers, distributors, and strategic channel partners.
• Facilitate partner onboarding, activation, and ongoing engagement through effective business planning and consistent communication.
• Create and implement channel programs and collaborative go-to-market initiatives to boost pipeline and revenue.
• Establish partner objectives and perform pipeline reviews, forecasting, performance assessments, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
• Identify customer opportunities alongside partners, formulate account strategies, and guide deals through the sales process.
• Design and deliver sales and technical training as well as enablement programs.
• Equip partners to grasp Zadara's value proposition, use cases, competitive advantages, and competitor positioning.
• Work in conjunction with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Solution Architecture teams.
• Assist with partner and customer events, conferences, and channel initiatives.
• Monitor partner activities, pipeline, forecasts, and outcomes within the CRM system.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitive offerings, and developments in the channel ecosystem.
• Collaborate with regional EMEA sales and technical teams to implement the channel strategy.
• 3–4 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, business development, or technology sales.
• Experience collaborating with resellers, distributors, and technology partners, ideally in cloud, infrastructure, data center, SaaS, or enterprise technology sectors.
• Demonstrated capability to foster effective partner relationships and convert them into pipeline and revenue.
• Familiarity with partner enablement, business planning, target setting, pipeline management, and QBRs.
• Solid understanding of competitive positioning.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities.
• Hands-on, proactive approach, comfortable working as part of a regional EMEA team in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple partners, programs, and opportunities concurrently.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, forecasting, and sales pipeline management tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
