This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and expand the channel partner ecosystem in the Western United States.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with current resellers, distributors, consultants, and system integrators.
• Identify and onboard new channel partners.
• Lead collaborative sales and marketing initiatives to increase Reco.ai’s market presence.
• Work alongside sales and technical teams to provide partners with necessary tools, training, and resources.
• Deliver product demonstrations, sales materials, and technical training sessions.
• Create and execute joint sales strategies with partners to boost revenue.
• Track partner performance, project sales forecasts, and report on channel KPIs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to generate and qualify leads for channel partners.
• Discover new business opportunities in the channel and align partners accordingly.
• Manage key partner accounts through deal closure, customer onboarding, and post-sales support.
• Serve as the escalation point for significant issues during the sales process.
• Keep an eye on competitor actions, industry trends, and emerging market opportunities.
• Act as the main point of contact between Reco.ai and its channel partners.
• Coordinate efforts with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams.
• Organize and participate in partner onboarding, certification programs, and ongoing training updates.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in channel sales, account management, or business development.
• Comprehensive understanding of the software and/or AI industry.
• Demonstrated success in managing and expanding channel partnerships.
• Familiarity with sales processes, forecasting, and performance monitoring in a partner context.
• In-depth knowledge of the cybersecurity ecosystem and relevant channel partners.
• Relevant experience in recruiting, nurturing, growing, and maintaining Security Channel Partnerships.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Capacity to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels.
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative while also collaborating within a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the designated territory.
