This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and expand Reco.ai’s channel partner network in the Eastern United States.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with current partners while seeking out new partners.
• Lead collaborative sales and marketing strategies to broaden Reco.ai’s market presence.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to empower partners in the sale and delivery of Reco.ai’s AI solutions.
• Establish, maintain, and enhance relationships with resellers, distributors, consultants, and system integrators.
• Deliver product demonstrations, provide sales materials, and conduct technical training sessions.
• Formulate and execute joint sales strategies while monitoring partner performance metrics.
• Analyze performance data, forecast sales, and report on channel key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Generate and vet leads for channel partners while uncovering new business prospects.
• Manage key partner accounts throughout the deal closure process, customer onboarding, and after-sales support.
• Serve as the escalation point for significant issues arising during the sales process.
• Keep track of competitor actions, industry trends, and new market opportunities.
• Act as the main point of contact between Reco.ai and its channel partners.
• Coordinate and engage in partner onboarding sessions, certification programs, and ongoing training updates.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales, account management, or business development.
• Strong knowledge of the software and/or AI industry.
• Demonstrated success in managing and expanding channel partnerships.
• Experience with sales processes, forecasting, and performance monitoring in a partner context.
• Solid understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and associated channel partners.
• Relevant experience in recruiting, developing, and sustaining Security Channel Partnerships.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Capability to influence and foster relationships at all organizational levels.
• Proficient at working independently and taking initiative, while also being able to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related area (or equivalent professional experience).
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the designated territory.
• Opportunity to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.
