This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee and enhance Reco.ai’s channel partner network in the Central United States.
• Build and sustain relationships with current resellers, distributors, consultants, and system integrators.
• Identify and onboard new channel partners.
• Lead collaborative sales and marketing efforts to increase Reco.ai’s presence in the region.
• Work alongside sales and technical teams to provide partners with necessary tools, training, and resources.
• Deliver product demonstrations, sales materials, and technical training sessions.
• Create and execute joint sales strategies to boost revenue.
• Track partner performance, predict sales, and report on channel performance indicators.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to generate and qualify leads.
• Discover new business opportunities and align partners accordingly.
• Manage key partner accounts through the entire process from deal closure to customer onboarding and post-sales support.
• Serve as the escalation point for significant issues in the sales process.
• Keep an eye on competitor activities, industry trends, emerging opportunities, customer needs, and technology developments.
• Act as the primary contact between Reco.ai and channel partners.
• Coordinate across sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams.
• Organize and engage in partner onboarding, certification programs, and training updates.
• Over 5 years of experience in channel sales, account management, or business development.
• Strong comprehension of the software and/or AI industry.
• Demonstrated success in managing and expanding channel partnerships.
• Familiar with sales processes, forecasting, and performance monitoring in a partner context.
• Solid understanding of the cybersecurity ecosystem and associated channel partners.
• Relevant experience in recruiting, developing, growing, and maintaining Security Channel Partnerships.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Capable of influencing and establishing relationships at all organizational levels.
• Ability to work autonomously and take the initiative while also collaborating in a team setting.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the designated territory.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.
