This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Take ownership of and expand a strategic partnership throughout the EMEA region.
• Create and implement a multi-year joint business plan that includes revenue targets, strategic initiatives, and growth priorities.
• Build and sustain executive-level relationships with the leadership of the partner organization.
• Align Quest with the partner on strategic priorities, focus areas for solutions, and market positioning.
• Foster pipeline development, revenue growth, and ensure accuracy in forecasting across all solution areas.
• Identify, nurture, and finalize joint opportunities with partner sales teams.
• Manage and oversee the partner-driven pipeline.
• Define and carry out joint go-to-market strategies in EMEA markets.
• Develop and scale joint solutions, offerings, and campaigns.
• Propel demand generation, marketing initiatives, and account planning in collaboration with the partner.
• Facilitate collaboration among partner teams, Quest sales organizations, and internal functions.
• Promote field-level engagement and ensure consistent execution across EMEA.
• Establish executive governance and conduct regular executive interlock meetings.
• Define and monitor joint KPIs, success metrics, and business outcomes.
• Identify and implement partner enablement and training programs.
• Encourage the adoption of Quest solutions through education, certification, and field-readiness programs.
• Report directly to the EMEA Channel Sales Director.
• Over 10 years of experience in channel, alliance, or partner management in the software industry.
• Demonstrated success in managing strategic or named partnerships while achieving measurable revenue growth.
• Strong background in enterprise software sales and strategic account management.
• Preference for candidates with experience in Data & AI, Identity, or Security solutions.
• Solid business and commercial acumen with a strong ownership mentality.
• Ability to formulate and execute complex joint business plans.
• Proven capability to influence stakeholders across internal and partner organizations without formal authority.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills and proficiency in executive communication.
• Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed, and international setting.
• Existing connections with this partner or similar global partners (such as large resellers, LSPs, GSIs, etc.).
• Fluency in English and Dutch is required.
• Willingness to travel across the EMEA region as necessary.
• Experience in developing and scaling joint solutions and go-to-market programs is preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
• Additional proficiency in European languages is preferred.
