This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee operational modifications and the release of all live service components, with an emphasis on planning, resource allocation, activity coordination, version control, quality assurance, and risk mitigation.

• Track and report on Release and Change Management KPIs, ensuring that objectives are achieved.

• Collaborate with DevSecOps Engineers and technical teams on deployment processes, automation enhancements, and release optimization.

• Work closely with project and operational teams to ensure the effective implementation of system changes and releases.

• Support the establishment of support models and the transition of projects and new services into standard operational practices.

• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and third parties to guarantee timely execution of changes and releases.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in IT operations and/or IT service management and delivery.

• Familiarity with ITIL-aligned frameworks and structured processes for change and release management.

• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with ITIL service management processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Event, and Knowledge Management.

• Proficient in using IT service management tools such as ServiceNow.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and configuration management tools.

• Capability to manage multiple high-priority or competing tasks while adapting to evolving requirements, schedules, and priorities.

• ITIL Foundation certification or higher (or equivalent) is required.

• Excellent proficiency in English.

• Agile or DevOps certification and/or project management certification is advantageous.
