This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Strategically plan, oversee, and implement the comprehensive change-management approach for designated Digital Services projects.
• Take ownership of and update the change-management strategy along with an integrated change plan.
• Evaluate the impacts at the organizational, operational, and site levels, including stakeholder groups, adoption risks, and readiness gaps.
• Define and monitor measurable outcomes related to change, readiness, and adoption.
• Develop and oversee stakeholder engagement plans that span across countries, sites, functions, and leadership groups.
• Create and disseminate project communications for country and site teams.
• Ensure that role-specific training materials, user guides, quick-reference documents, and other documentation are created and updated.
• Organize training sessions by country and site, including managing schedules, tracking attendance, and providing follow-up support.
• Establish and maintain local networks of change agents or champions.
• Lead the planning for site readiness and keep readiness criteria, checklists, dependencies, and escalation paths up to date.
• Coordinate site-specific go-live hypercare, manage issue triage, gather feedback, report on progress, and transition to business-as-usual support.
• Collect feedback, identify resistance themes, and adoption barriers while coordinating mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager on integrated planning, RAID management, governance, dependencies, and milestone achievements.
• Assist the Business Owner with business outcomes, sponsorship, change decisions, and ownership after go-live.
• Conduct quality checks, manage version control, and maintain change-management deliverables.
• Contribute to post-implementation reviews, lessons learned, benefits realization, and initiatives for continuous improvement.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in change management, business, communications, organizational development, project management, healthcare, digital transformation, or a related field.
• A recognized change-management qualification or practical experience with a structured change methodology is preferred.
• Project-management, training, facilitation, or process-improvement certification is a plus.
• Proficient in professional English.
• Knowledge of additional Affidea market languages is beneficial.
• Proven experience in leading change-management activities in digital, technology, operational, or transformation projects.
• Experience in coordinating communications, training, stakeholder engagement, local readiness, and go-live support across various sites or countries.
• Experience collaborating with Project Managers, Business Owners, operational leaders, technology teams, and external suppliers.
• Background in healthcare or another regulated, multi-site environment is highly preferred.
• Experience in establishing change-agent or champion networks and supporting adoption post-implementation is advantageous.
