This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee change management initiatives for large-scale client projects
• Assist clients and projects in achieving effective communication and the adoption of technology/processes
• Utilize certified change management methodologies to deliver high-quality program and project outcomes
• Coordinate with both internal and external project teams to embed change management across projects
• Manage documentation and trackers related to change management, including change management plans, communication strategies, and training outlines
• Foster awareness of change within client organizations and reinforce it through established change management practices
• Create and maintain manuals, communications, and training resources for programs aimed at future states
• Provide training and mentoring to new and junior team members
• Improve project methodologies by identifying and implementing process enhancement strategies
• Propel change through various mediums, including technology and automation solutions
• Certified change management professional
• Background in HR/workforce industry
• Proven ability in strategic thinking, relationship management, working with demanding stakeholders, and facilitating change adoption
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve efforts and deliverables via effective change management
• Strong self-discipline and ability to independently accomplish project deliverables
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
• Advanced skills in maintaining comprehensive documentation
• Intermediate understanding of VMS technologies, MSPs, and the Procurement/HR/Tech landscape
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Visio
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
• Four to six years of experience in the HR industry
• Four to six years of experience in change management
• Change Management certification, ideally ADKAR, Prosci, CCMP, MSI, etc.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
• Employment subject to verification of identity and authorization to work in the United States
