Change Management Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Partner with the Strategy team to evaluate existing operations, processes, software, and teams.

• Formulate and implement detailed change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions.

• Produce clear and engaging documentation such as process guides, impact assessments, and visual aids.

• Track and assess the effectiveness of implemented changes, enhancing ROI in collaboration with the team.

• Create high-quality presentations, infographics, and reports utilizing Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or other professional design software.

• Design and construct intricate visuals, including user workflows and other essential assets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience in change management, process enhancement, or a related sector.

• Capability to collaborate across teams, manage several initiatives, and foster alignment.

• Knowledge of stakeholder communication strategies, organizational transformation, and formal change methodologies.

• Strong analytical abilities to evaluate impact and measure success.

• Outstanding communication and documentation skills, particularly in visually simplifying complex concepts.

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or comparable design applications.

• Change management certifications are an advantage.
