This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Assist with organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, adoption strategies, communication planning, training preparation and execution, change readiness, resistance management, office hours, and ongoing support for adoption.

• Create and implement strategies for the adoption of new systems, processes, and technologies.

• Craft communication plans, messaging, talking points, stakeholder updates, FAQs, newsletters, presentations, and related materials.

• Design training plans, schedules, learning objectives, facilitator guides, quick reference guides, job aids, and other supporting materials.

• Facilitate or assist in live training sessions, demonstrations, workshops, knowledge-sharing events, and user enablement activities.

• Organize and oversee office hours, respond to user inquiries, collect feedback, identify barriers to adoption, and support ongoing learning post-implementation.

• Perform stakeholder analysis to identify affected groups, map stakeholder needs, and customize engagement strategies.

• Conduct assessments of change impact, readiness, adoption surveys, feedback sessions, and both qualitative and quantitative analyses.

• Formulate resistance management strategies and reinforce the value propositions.

• Establish trusted-advisor relationships with government clients.

• Collaborate with project managers, product owners, business analysts, trainers, communication specialists, technical teams, vendors, and government stakeholders.

• Document change processes, decisions, actions, feedback, lessons learned, and materials for knowledge transfer.

• Analyze both quantitative and qualitative data to formulate recommendations, action plans, and next steps.

• Produce polished work products that support stakeholder communication and decision-making.

• Manage competing priorities and evolving requirements while maintaining a focus on client needs.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in change management consulting, organizational change management, adoption strategies, strategic communications, training, or related consulting support.

• More than 3 years of experience in implementing change management practices, frameworks, or structured approaches.

• At least 3 years of experience editing documents in various formats and producing polished materials for executive review.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience executing strategies related to adoption, communications, training, or stakeholder engagement.

• Over 1 year of experience working on large modernization projects in an Agile environment is highly preferred.

• Experience in developing plans/materials for adoption, communications, training, stakeholder engagement, or readiness.

• Background in facilitating training sessions, demonstrations, workshops, user support sessions, or office hours.

• Experience in conducting impact analyses, readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, feedback analysis, or resistance management.

• Capability to present structured solutions utilizing Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step model, La Marsh, or similar frameworks.

• US Citizenship is required due to federal government regulations.

• Must be capable of obtaining and maintaining a Public Trust clearance.

• Must live and work within the United States.

• Preferred skills include consulting, client relationship management, cross-functional collaboration, facilitation, public speaking, and task management.

• Preferred experience in generating PowerPoint, Word, email, job aids, quick reference guides, and stakeholder briefing deliverables.

• Preferred familiarity with technology modernization, digital transformation, workflow improvements, ServiceNow, enterprise platforms, or large business transformation initiatives.

• Preferred experience in multi-vendor environments.

• Preferred certifications include CCMP, Change Management Practitioner, Prosci, CMP, or similar qualifications.

• Preferred prior experience in US government contracting.

• Strong written and verbal communication, consulting, collaboration, facilitation, problem-solving, organization, and task management abilities are essential.
