This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Formulate and implement strategies for the adoption of new systems, processes, and technologies.
• Create communication plans, messaging, talking points, stakeholder updates, FAQs, newsletters, presentations, and other related materials.
• Design training plans, schedules, learning objectives, facilitator guides, quick reference guides, job aids, and other supporting materials.
• Facilitate or assist in live training sessions, demonstrations, workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and user enablement activities.
• Organize, schedule, facilitate, and manage office hours to address inquiries, gather feedback, identify adoption challenges, and support ongoing learning post go-live.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify affected groups, map stakeholder needs, and customize engagement strategies.
• Perform change impact assessments, readiness assessments, adoption surveys, feedback sessions, and both qualitative and quantitative analyses.
• Develop strategies for managing resistance and address user concerns effectively.
• Cultivate trusted-advisor relationships with clients while delivering high-quality work products.
• Collaborate with project managers, product owners, business analysts, trainers, communications specialists, technical teams, vendors, and government stakeholders.
• Document change-management processes, decisions, actions, feedback, lessons learned, and materials for knowledge transfer.
• Analyze both quantitative and qualitative data to produce meaningful insights for stakeholders, leadership, and delivery teams.
• Transform analysis into actionable recommendations, plans, next steps, and value propositions.
• Generate polished, executive-ready work products.
• Manage competing priorities, adapt to changing requirements, and maintain focus on client needs and desired outcomes.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in change management consulting, organizational change management, adoption, strategic communications, training, or related consulting support.
• At least 3 years of experience in implementing change management practices, frameworks, or structured approaches.
• Over 3 years of experience in editing documents across various formats and creating polished executive-ready materials.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing strategies for adoption, communications, training, or stakeholder engagement.
• At least 1 year of experience working on large modernization initiatives within an Agile environment is highly preferred.
• Experience in developing adoption strategies, communications plans, training plans, stakeholder engagement plans, or readiness materials.
• Proficiency in facilitating training sessions, demonstrations, workshops, user support sessions, or office hours.
• Experience in conducting impact analyses, readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, feedback analysis, or resistance management activities.
• Ability to present structured solutions utilizing change management frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step model, or La Marsh.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Must reside and perform work within the United States.
• Preferred consulting skills include client relationship management, cross-functional collaboration, goal setting, task management, time management, and public speaking.
• Experience in creating polished deliverables in PowerPoint, Word, email communications, job aids, quick reference guides, and stakeholder briefings.
• Experience in supporting adoption for technology modernization, digital transformation, workflow improvement, ServiceNow, enterprise platforms, or large business transformation initiatives.
• Experience working in a multi-vendor environment and coordinating change activities across teams and stakeholder groups.
• Change management certification such as CCMP, Change Management Practitioner, Prosci certification, CMP, or a similar credential is preferred.
• Previous experience in U.S. government contracting is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent consulting, collaboration, facilitation, problem-solving, organization, and task management skills.
