This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead initiatives focused on employee development and engagement to enhance workforce growth and organizational capabilities within the Supply Chain.
• Support career advancement programs in Supply Chain, which include role-specific competency frameworks, employee development strategies, and a comprehensive departmental training plan.
• Plan, facilitate, and consistently enhance department-wide training initiatives, encompassing AI adoption training, functional AI pilot training tracks, and professional skills development workshops.
• Gather and categorize participant data before, during, and after training to support reporting and adoption metrics.
• Develop and maintain an employee development framework, including structured onboarding processes and resources for capability enhancement.
• Oversee content governance and curation for the Supply Chain Hub (Bloomfire).
• Ensure a current, organized, and searchable knowledge management system is maintained.
• Establish and manage processes for content submission and audits.
• Lead engagement survey action planning in collaboration with functional area leaders.
• Convert survey results into actionable commitments with designated owners and timelines, and monitor progress until completion.
• Collaborate with functional leaders, project managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Report directly to the Director of Change Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or a relevant field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, organizational development, people programs, or a closely related area.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs for adult learners in a professional or organizational context.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional people programs, such as career development, capability building, or manager enablement initiatives, across various stakeholder groups.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in governing or curating a knowledge management platform like Bloomfire, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with structured change management methodologies.
• Experience in supporting employee engagement survey analysis and action planning.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, including Google Classroom, Docs, Slides, and Forms.
• Background in supply chain, operations, or EdTech environments.
