Change Management Consultant – Copilot, Cowork

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Assist in managing change for Microsoft technology initiatives.

• Perform assessments of stakeholders, readiness, and change impacts, translating insights into actionable change strategies.

• Develop and implement communication, training, sponsor engagement, and reinforcement strategies.

• Identify potential resistance and adoption challenges, helping clients to proactively address them.

• Facilitate the adoption of Microsoft Copilot, Cowork, and AI-driven work methodologies.

• Convert technical functionalities into tangible business benefits and role-specific applications.

• Support the establishment of champion networks and initiatives to enhance AI literacy.

• Define metrics for adoption success and utilize usage analytics and user feedback to refine strategies and demonstrate outcomes.

• Create user manuals, FAQs, training resources, and adoption playbooks.

• Lead workshops, training sessions, office hours, and discussions with stakeholders.

• Work collaboratively with project managers, technical consultants, solution architects, and client teams.

• Contribute to Quisitive's methodologies, tools, and best practices for change management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in organizational change management, technology adoption, training, communications, or consulting.

• Required experience in change management specifically related to Copilot and/or Cowork.

• Proven track record in supporting technology implementation projects within a client-facing capacity.

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, Purview, or comparable technologies.

• Knowledge of change management frameworks and principles such as ADKAR or Prosci.

• Excellent written communication, presentation, facilitation, and active listening abilities.

• Capacity to stay organized, juggle multiple priorities, and operate independently as part of a delivery team.

• Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.

• Experience in supporting the adoption of Microsoft Copilot, Cowork, or other AI initiatives.

• Background in developing champion programs or assessing adoption through usage data and surveys.

• Previous experience in consulting or professional services.

• Possession of Prosci certification or other relevant change management credentials.

• Experience in creating communication, training, and user enablement materials.

• Understanding of responsible AI, security, data privacy, and governance issues.
