This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Assist in the deployment of change projects ranging from small to large, utilizing process improvement and change management methodologies.
• Collaborate with Change Managers and cross-functional teams to create deployment strategies and supporting materials.
• Propel the implementation and acceptance of cutting-edge technologies and processes.
• Employ organizational and behavioral change management strategies along with tactical plans.
• Construct reports, metrics trackers, and dashboards that provide insights and analyses of projects.
• Formulate analytical methods and frameworks to enhance adoption.
• Follow established change management and deployment protocols.
• Conduct analytical evaluations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create and present change management materials, including deployment plans, communications, sponsorship, coaching plans, resistance management, training plans, and change reinforcement strategies.
• Engage with field partners to define, collect, and analyze feedback.
• Aggregate feedback findings to influence or modify the change strategy.
• Analyze, interpret, and ensure the quality of data; leverage insights to determine subsequent steps and actions.
• Manage time, tasks, and the completion of materials with minimal guidance and oversight.
• Foster relationships with operators and clinicians to shape and achieve project outcomes.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 1+ years of relevant work experience.
• Capability to support the deployment of change projects of various scales using process improvement and change management methodologies.
• Competence in managing individual work streams and articulating business requirements.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
• Strong emotional intelligence.
• Understanding and effective application of change management methodologies.
• Proficiency in analyzing, interpreting, and ensuring the quality of data.
• Skill in building reports, metrics trackers, and dashboards.
• Ability to manage time and complete tasks independently with minimal support and oversight.
• Proficiency in establishing appropriate horizontal and vertical logic in presentation materials.
• Ability to navigate cross-functional relationships effectively.
