Change Management Analyst – Mid-level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Independently structure and lead the mapping, optimization, and transition of business processes, system flows, and analytical repositories in digital and IT transformation projects.

• Document and map end-to-end processes utilizing BPMN and tools like Bizagi.

• Design flows that emphasize operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and data governance.

• Convert mapped processes into actionable recommendations for interactive digital solutions that facilitate quick adoption and enhance efficiency.

• Manage deliveries and schedules using Scrum, Kanban, and traditional methodologies aligned with PMBOK.

• Conduct organizational impact assessments, which include stakeholder mapping and readiness evaluation.

• Create and implement communication, engagement, and ongoing enablement strategies.

• Lead workshops, co-creation sessions, interviews, and executive presentations.

• Ensure compliance with master data management, data governance, and regulatory requirements.

• Establish KPIs to measure operational efficiency and success in change adoption.

• Translate technical IT documentation for business units, ensuring comprehension by compliance and legal teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive professional experience in leading the mapping of highly complex processes (BPMN/Bizagi) and overseeing the governance of systems, data, and business rules.

• Strong foundation in both traditional and agile project management methodologies.

• Exceptional synthesis and communication abilities to translate technical IT documentation for business, compliance, and legal stakeholders.

• Initiative, proactivity, and independence to lead meetings and drive solutions without needing constant oversight.

• Strong commitment, self-management, and action-oriented mindset.

• A comprehensive and systemic perspective on the impacts on people, processes, and data.

• Capability to engage and coordinate both technical and business stakeholders effectively.

• Emotional intelligence and empathy to address resistance during transitional phases.

• Change Management certifications (such as PROSCI, HCMBOK, or ChangeFirst) are advantageous.

• Project Management certifications are a bonus.

• Practical knowledge of Generative AI (GenAI) for process optimization is a plus.

• Familiarity with DMBOK, BABOK, Lean Six Sigma, or ITIL is beneficial.

• Experience in the financial, banking, or large insurance sectors is an added advantage.
