Change & Continuous Improvement Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Oversee the planning, execution, and maintenance of organizational change initiatives across various business functions.

• Create change management strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communication strategies, and adoption frameworks.

• Collaborate with leadership teams to evaluate organizational readiness and address resistance to change.

• Conduct workshops, leadership sessions, and stakeholder meetings.

• Set metrics to evaluate change adoption, engagement, and program success.

• Discover opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, quality, and customer experience.

• Spearhead process improvement initiatives utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or other continuous improvement methodologies.

• Assess business processes, workflows, and operating models to remove inefficiencies and boost performance.

• Lead process mapping, root cause analysis, and problem-solving sessions.

• Create and uphold an enterprise continuous improvement framework.

• Work alongside executive leaders to ensure initiatives align with organizational priorities and growth goals.

• Assist in strategic projects, integrations, systems implementations, and business transformation initiatives.

• Establish governance frameworks, project reporting, and executive-level performance dashboards.

• Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership teams.

• Determine KPIs and success metrics for transformation and improvement initiatives.

• Track progress against objectives and provide regular updates to leadership.

• Quantify operational and financial benefits resulting from improvement initiatives.

• Foster partnerships across business units and functional teams.

• Guide leaders and employees on change management and continuous improvement practices.

• Counsel senior leadership on organizational effectiveness and transformation initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or a related field.

• Over 10 years of experience in leading organizational change, business transformation, operational excellence, or continuous improvement initiatives.

• Proven success in leading enterprise-wide projects that have a significant organizational impact.

• Experience in complex, matrixed environments with diverse stakeholder groups.

• Background in financial services, professional services, insurance, brokerage, consulting, or related industries is preferred.

• A Master’s degree is preferred.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent certification.

• PROSCI Change Management Certification or comparable change management qualification.

• Experience in supporting mergers, acquisitions, integrations, or large-scale business transformations.

• Strong expertise in change management and organizational development.

• Exceptional project and program management skills.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.

• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

• Proven ability to drive measurable business results.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and business intelligence/reporting tools.
