This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.
• Oversee the people-focused execution of strategic transformations within manufacturing operations.
• Promote the adoption of innovative systems, processes, and behaviors to improve efficiency, safety, and growth.
• Facilitate effective implementation and sustainable uptake of MRP processes within the ERP framework, particularly Microsoft D365.
• Provide guidance to Business Unit leaders, site managers, and functional teams, ensuring alignment of change initiatives with manufacturing and business objectives.
• Work in collaboration with the Highlander team to streamline points of contact, clarify local priorities, and articulate core model deployment.
• Lead and assist in change management efforts for process enhancements and ERP implementations, focusing on MRP as well as sales and operational planning.
• Conduct assessments of business impact, readiness analyses, and stakeholder mapping across production sites, sales offices, and central functions.
• Evaluate training requirements and oversee the delivery of training programs.
• Create and implement communication and engagement strategies.
• Identify resistance and adoption challenges, formulating practical mitigation plans.
• Coordinate integrated change initiatives with local operational teams.
• Instill new behaviors, tools, and mindsets to foster continuous improvement.
• Monitor and report on business change readiness, identify gaps, and suggest corrective actions.
• Act as a best-practice and quality resource during MRP and ERP transformation efforts.
• Extensive knowledge of shop floor processes, operations, production workflows, and supply chain dynamics.
• Practical experience in supporting or implementing MRP modules within ERP systems (Microsoft D365 or equivalent).
• Ability to connect IT system design with operational execution for MRP and associated planning functions.
• Proven track record in delivering change management within an industrial or manufacturing context.
• Familiarity with and leadership in to-be processes and operational methodologies.
• Understanding and promotion of best practices for MRP, P2P, Forecast to stock processes, and margin management.
• Demonstrated capability to build relationships and influence frontline teams, middle management, and senior leadership.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills in both operational and technical environments.
• Experience with ERP platforms such as JD Edwards or Microsoft D365 is highly beneficial.
• Comfortable engaging at various organizational levels.
• Adaptability to shifting business needs.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Change Management or Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) is a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in change, transformation, or multi-site operational roles in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
