This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands, +6 more countries.
• Assist in the design and development of service propositions for Cell & Gene Therapy aimed at pan-European clients.
• Contribute to the creation of solution blueprints, service descriptions, and operational models for CGT logistics and distribution.
• Collaborate with in-country teams to evaluate local readiness, regulatory requirements, and operational feasibility.
• Aid in pricing strategies for solutions provided to CGT clients.
• Facilitate coordination among country operations teams, quality and compliance functions, and external partners.
• Assist in identifying and managing third-party partnerships across various regions.
• Work together with Cencora business units on designing CGT solutions.
• Help negotiate partnership terms and service-level agreements with external service providers.
• Collaborate with implementation managers to onboard new CGT clients.
• Create and maintain CGT implementation playbooks, standard operating procedures, and quality documentation.
• Support Business Development in client-facing meetings, presentations, and workshops.
• Prepare materials for governance meetings, steering committees, and internal reviews.
• Keep track of trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics within the European CGT landscape.
• Support profit and loss performance, cost and margin analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI measurement.
• Lead, influence, coach, and develop sales teams.
• 5-7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical distribution, healthcare logistics, supply chain, or a related field, with exposure to advanced therapies, clinical trials, or specialty pharmaceuticals.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or a related field is essential.
• Understanding of CGT or advanced therapy logistics, including cold chain, cryogenic handling, and time-sensitive distribution requirements.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities, capable of managing multiple workstreams across various countries and stakeholders.
• Solid analytical skills with experience in supporting business cases, financial models, or solution development processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages is highly beneficial.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Direct experience with Cell & Gene Therapy products, ATMPs, or clinical trial logistics is desirable.
• Knowledge of GDP and ATMP-specific regulatory requirements across European jurisdictions is advantageous.
• Certifications in sales or account management and experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot are preferred.
• Experience managing third-party partnerships or coordinating outsourced services in a pharmaceutical context is desirable.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools such as Smartsheet is preferred.
• Experience working in a matrix organization is desirable.
• Proficiency in Dutch is a nice-to-have.
