CG Operations Manager – Head of Credit, AU Home Loan Mortgage Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee incoming leads and ensure accurate record-keeping in Broker Engine.

• Request, gather, assess, and organize necessary documentation from clients.

• Perform initial document reviews to confirm the completeness of loan applications.

• Order and evaluate credit checks as well as property valuations.

• Communicate with clients, lenders, and other parties involved throughout the loan process.

• Prepare and send loan quotes to clients while coordinating follow-up tasks.

• Gradually take full responsibility for independently preparing loan quotes.

• Assist in lead follow-up to enhance conversion chances.

• Keep precise CRM records and monitor all applications until settlement.

• Deliver outstanding customer service while juggling multiple loan files at once.

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Director as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidate must be based in the Philippines.

• At least 5 years of experience in Australian mortgage broking, loan processing, credit support, or client services.

• Familiarity with Broker Engine or a comparable Australian mortgage CRM.

• Extensive experience dealing with self-employed borrowers and Low Doc lending.

• Comprehensive understanding of the Australian home loan process from application to settlement.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong attention to detail and outstanding organizational abilities.

• Capability to handle a high volume of leads and prioritize effectively.

• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

• Experience in preparing loan scenarios and lender quotes is preferred.

• Direct communication experience with Australian clients and lenders is preferred.

• Familiarity with credit assessment, servicing calculations, and lender policy interpretation is preferred.

• Strong background in CRM and mortgage software is preferred.

• Must commit to working exclusively with the client’s business from the start date without any other ongoing employment, client work, freelance projects, or side hustles.
