CFD Engineer – AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Train and assess AI agents on advanced fluid simulation tasks.

• Utilize CAD geometry to establish and execute simulations.

• Develop verified reference solutions.

• Create Python scripts to validate AI agent outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline such as energy or oil & gas.

• Several years of practical industry or research experience in CFD using OpenFOAM, ANSYS Fluent/CFX or STAR-CCM+, including meshing.

• Strong background in verification and validation practices, including mesh-independence studies and validation against experimental or benchmark data.

• Proficient in Python and familiar with GitHub.

• Proficient in English at a B2 level or higher.

• Preferred: background in aerospace, automotive, offshore, or turbomachinery.

• Preferred: experience in multiphase or particle-laden flow.
