Certified Pharmacy Technician – CPHT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Manage 60-100 calls each day.

• Conduct calls related to medication adherence.

• Operate remotely utilizing equipment provided by the employer.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess national certification.

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• CPhT (PTCB) / ExCPT (NHA), RMA / CMA, MA-C certification is necessary.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google applications.

• Capability to adapt to new technology.

• 2-5 years of experience in pharmacy with a focus on heavy outbound calling.
