Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Support and assist residents with their daily requirements

• Offer personal care services

• Prepare residents for activities and social events

• Aid in routine tasks in accordance with established standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing guidelines

• Deliver basic nursing care to residents within the parameters of nursing assistant duties

• Execute fundamental nursing procedures under the supervision of a licensed nurse

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing within the state of employment

• Previous experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC environment is preferred

• A strong passion for working with elderly individuals

• A flexible, enjoyable, and energetic demeanor

• A professional appearance and conduct

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
