Certified Nurse Assistant, CNA – Nights, Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Assist residents or provide support with essential personal hygiene and daily living activities.

• Deliver personalized resident care that addresses social, emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical needs.

• Conduct daily hygiene routines for residents.

• Familiarize yourself with resident preferences to customize the care provided.

• Document resident care accurately and report any discrepancies to the relevant personnel without delay.

• Implement safety, infection control, and risk management protocols.

• Maintain regular communication with the immediate supervisor regarding the status and condition of residents.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or its equivalent.

• Certified Nursing Assistant License from the State of Colorado.

• Preferred experience of 3 – 6 months in a long-term care environment.

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking the English language is essential.

• Exceptional customer service skills are a must.

• Capability to perform medium to heavy physical tasks.

• Ability to lift, push, or pull objects occasionally up to 100 pounds and/or consistently in excess of 45 pounds.

• Must be able to stand and walk continuously during working hours, with occasional sitting, kneeling, squatting, reaching overhead, and performing fine motor tasks.

• Comfortable working with exposure to bloodborne pathogens, bodily excretions, and communicable diseases.

• Ability to manage frequent interruptions effectively.

• Strong interpersonal skills for frequent interactions with residents, family members, and visitors.
